Maximize your operational efficiency by booking an appointment with our industrial handling team and processing your non-ferrous materials. Our team is dedicated to providing tailored solutions that meet your specific needs with precision and accuracy.

Loading & sealing

  • Customer Preparation: Clients gather and prepare their non-ferrous metals for pickup. SAT provides guidance on sorting by material type (e.g., copper, brass, aluminum.)

  • On-site Loading:

    • SAT team arrives with appropriate equipment.

    • Materials are loaded onto company vehicles and weighed (if not pre-weighed) at designated facility.

    • Each load is verified and sealed with tamper-proof security ties, tagged with a unique ID and customer name to ensure traceability.

Photographs & documentation

  • Photographic Evidence:

    • High-resolution photos are taken of the materials before and after loading, including the seal and tag.

    • Each photo set is timestamped and linked to the client’s file for transparency and dispute prevention.

  • Documentation:

    • A Pickup Log is filled out on-site, recording:

      • Client details

      • Material types and estimated weights (if provided)

      • Seal ID numbers

      • Driver and assistant signatures

    • A digital or physical receipt is provided to the client, confirming all recorded items.

Transporting and payment recieving

  • Secure Transit:

    • Loaded materials are transported directly to SAT’s processing or partner facility.

    • Vehicles are GPS-tracked in real-time to ensure safe and direct delivery.

  • Arrival Confirmation:

    • Upon arrival, seals are checked and broken under surveillance or supervisor oversight.

    • Materials are weighed (or re-weighed if provided weight) for final verification.

  • Final Evaluation & Payment

    • Final Evaluation:

      • Materials are sorted and graded for purity and quality (copper #1, insulated wire, brass, etc.).

      • Weights and grades are logged and matched with market pricing.

    • Client Notification:

      • Clients are contacted with a final weight/grade breakdown and confirmation buyout price.

      • A final invoice with itemized values is generated and emailed or texted.

    • Payment Issuance:

      • Payment is issued via check/ACH/ or Wire Transfer to the bank of your choice.
